All CMC products have always been backed by a 30-day satisfaction return policy when purchased from us or our participating dealers. We guarantee your satisfaction! With CMC mags you also receive the benefits of unsurpassed customer service and technical support.

PLEASE NOTE: Tech support is not available via telephone other than general questions. Our Customer Service staff is not our Tech Support Team. The Customer Service staff can only answer simple questions on the fit of our magazines. 

Our Tech Support Team is not comprised of gunsmiths and while knowledgeable, they can make recommendations only on CMC magazines. The fastest way for our Tech Support Team to respond to your concerns is by filling out the Technical Support Form.

Chip McCormick Custom, LLC acknowledges its obligations under implied warranty legislation with respect to the sale of consumer goods that may be in force in jurisdictions where its products are sold. Due to differences in the extent and interpretation of such statutes, and also on the basis of the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act of the United States of America, Chip McCormick Custom, LLC has elected to not offer any written or express warranty on its product line. You are advised to consult existing legislation in your state or locale with regard to any implied warranty rights you may have under such laws. Different remedies may be available to consumers in different jurisdictions.  Chip McCormick Custom, LLC is strongly committed to properly servicing its products, as it has over the years, for the service life of its magazines. And in place of an express or written warranty, it will provide all necessary service for its magazines during their service life, free of charge to the original purchaser only, where adjustments or repair is required due to some defect in materials or workmanship. The service life of CMC magazines varies with how the magazines are used.

Technical Support for ALL CMC Products is available for the life of the product.

Returns Policy

RETURN PRODUCT FOR A REFUND - Products not purchased directly from CMC must be returned to point of purchase with the sales receipt and comply with any requirements they have for returning unaltered product. 

RETURN PRODUCT FOR EXCHANGE OF A DIFFERENT PRODUCT - Please contact our Customer Service and we will be happy to exchange your product. Please send your unaltered CMC magazine purchased from us within 30 days, with proof of purchase. The refund/exchange offer does not include the cost of shipping, handling, COD or other ancillary charges.  Once contacted, our customer service department will provide you with our Return/Exchange Form.  Unauthorized returned product will not be accepted. 

RETURN PRODUCT FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT - We ask that you please follow these helpful steps before you return a CMC product for repair or replacement:  

A) Please take time to visit our FAQ Page, since many function issues can be resolved there.

B) Please contact our Tech Support Team to determine if the product is defective.  Unauthorized returned product will not be accepted.

Once you have received authorization for return from our Tech Support team, please send along with the mag in question, your return shipping address and the email address you've used to contact Tech Support.

Please note that CMC reserves the right to provide, or not to provide, a return label at our expense for any RMA returns. These situations are handled on a case by case basis, and we will do our best to ensure a fair resolution for both CMC and its Customers. Restocking fees may be applied to orders or items returned after 30 days from date of purchase.

DISCLAIMERS: Chip McCormick Custom, LLC expressly disclaims liability for incidental or consequential damages. As provided for below, we do not offer any written or implied warranty on our products and expressly disclaim any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
As a condition of sale, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this sale, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. On any claim related to goods or services sold by Chip McCormick Custom LLC jurisdiction for the arbitration shall be exclusively in Texas, regardless of where the claim may arise. No claim shall be actionable unless commenced within one year from date of sale.
